Welcome – Karen
Call to worship
One: The invitation has been spoken: “Come and see.” The door to the stable stands open. The way is before us.
Many: We have heard the call; Now we step forward in wonder; ready to follow, open to the unexpected.
One: “You will see greater things than these.” Jesus says.
Many: We stand in amazement, waiting to be changed.
One: Come, let us worship the One who calls us by name, who sees us as we are and leads us into new life.
All: We come, ready to follow, ready to see, ready to be amazed!

Prayer Concerns
MCEC in prayer
We pray for peace in our world, asking for compassion and understanding in the face of violence and fear. We especially remember Venezuela and the US as tensions increase between them.
Mennonite World Conference
Please pray for wisdom, strength and direction to continue proclaiming the Lord’s message on the island of Puerto Rico. José Luis Vargas, Puerto Rico
On 26 Nov 2025, 7 of the 8 buildings at the Wang Fuk court apartment complex burned down in the worst fire in Hong Kong in 77 years. At least 159 people died and 31 people are still unaccounted for; 79 people were injured including 12 firefighters; 4 200 families have lost their homes.
Mennonite churches in Hong Kong are collecting donations to support disaster relief organizations and affected families. The churches are also organizing prayer meetings and providing spiritual counselling sessions, and also preparing for long-term needs and follow-up work. Pray for these congregations as they do this work.
