Prayers of the People

God of water, land and sky, we come before you. With dry and parched lives, with lives filled with currents and tides, with the need for your water and your love in our lives. We bring you the desert areas of our lives as we pray for those who are sick with covid, as we pray for those whose lives are in danger due to war and armed conflicts, as we pray for the world and those places that have too much water and are flooding and those places that do not have enough water and crops are failing, we pray that your mercy and love might flood over us and through us. In your mercy Lord, hear our prayers.
